The experience was excellent. The Director was professional, courteous, demonstrating his considerable experience. The Quotation and subsequent Booking process was smooth, error free, and very reasonable. The removal team were punctual, courteous and appropriately friendly, establishing a valuable degree of confidence in their obvious competence. The whole operation was timely, from exiting the one property to installation in the next, which is very much appreciated. I heartily recommend their service to everyone, providing great value for money as they do.

We are so grateful to Bolt Removals for the excellent service we received. Our move was very difficult and was postponed at short notice, they worked with us to find a way of fitting us in so we could move as soon as possible even though this meant working on a Sunday. They were responsive, calm and helpful. We purchased packaging materials and boxes which were exactly what we needed. On moving day we were at the end of a long chain so unloading couldn’t start until very late in the day. We have lots of stuff, much of which we wanted in the loft room up a narrow staircase, it wasn’t easy. Unloading went on in into the night and the team were so professional and calm and reassuring. I recommend this company and their friendly, helpful and accommodating staff to everyone, they really do take some of the stress away.

Gaby and Christy - great guys. I had to move house from cardiff to London. I was alone. These guys appeared dot on time(8am) and fixed up everything, from boxing to loading, proper dismantling, unloading at the storage, arranged everything in order . Every bit and piece intact, even as I was delayed for the unloading. The booking process was superfast on WhatsApp and email with Alex. Best service I had in some time on any platform. This review is my personal experience with this outfit. Try them !!!

I can’t praise Bolt Removals highly enough. The office staff were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire lead-up to my move, even though the move itself was rescheduled and delayed multiple times over the course of a year. They remained patient, organised, and reassuring throughout.

On moving day, the porters arrived promptly, introduced themselves individually, and were warm, welcoming, and remarkably gentle with everything. Their professionalism and calm, friendly demeanour made a stressful process feel far more manageable. Every single team member was a credit to the company.

In May, we moved from West London to Bristol and the Bolt Removals team made the whole process so much less stressful and easier than I was expecting. We had the full packing service and the team was professional, helpful, efficient and very supportive. They took great care of all our belongings - everything was well wrapped and handled with care and carefully unloaded and placed just where we wanted it in our new property. I fully recommend them to everyone. Their service was excellent.

Moving an elderly parent can be stressful enough especially when they have organised the removal company themselves, however at 8 am bolt we're at the property in action! They only spent a few hours to completely shell the house, all paintings were carefully wrapped and placed into a protective mattress like holder, boxes were supplied and contents carefully added with wrapping, my father whom the move was for had not prepared for the move and this was stressing me out, the bolt guys however just came in and took over! FairPlay, and very much appreciated, once at the new property (a wait of 3 hours for Bolt) their same dedication and support unfolded into the new property with minimal fuss a big smile and an enthusiastic performance! Thanks for a stress free removal guys would recommend to anyone after the personnel touch ?
